Pros
-team (not management) is young and nice but huge turnover because of how bad they treat their employees.
Cons
-very low salaries -little to no reward for hardwork and great results -management is very bad : not listening to their employees needs, passive agressive, lack of understanding and respect and unrealistic expectations -overtime is expected from you and unpaid -management prides itself on hiring "fresh off the boat" immigrants so that they do everything that is asked of them -vacations are hard to get and you can’t really work from home
