Pros

Free Drinks and Snacks Available. Many Co-Workers who are not management are great people.

Cons

- All of management is in some way related to or long term friends with the CEO Bill Terry. Lots of Nepotism and many of them are not very competent or take advantage of the fact they know Bill will never fire them. Unless you are with this crowd there is no chance for you to move up. - Management take off work a ridiculous amount, take super long lunches, and are very poor at one-on-one communication. Supervisors tend to hide in the front of the office, never build a relationship with staff and they spend all day in pointless meetings. - It can be difficult to get to know and work with supervisors. They regularly don't show up to work, some are constantly sick, all of them regularly work from home which none of the staff can do. Can be difficult to get things done or communicate. They tend to micro-manage and are very very poor at delegating tasks even when asked. - No job security. Probably 10 good employees fired in the time I was there. Most for no reason. They limit the size of the company to 49 for tax reasons so when someone gets hired, someone will get fired. - Culture of "its not us" - If there is an issue, the company will do everything they can to blame problems on everyone else. Lots of slowness issues with customers and no one takes responsibility for mistakes. - Complete lack of leadership. Supervisors have no plan for the future, reactionary, and hate to hear bad news. They then do everything they can to bury issues and ignore everything. - You will be very underpaid and the benefits are mediocre at best. - CEO Bill Terry can be very inappropriate and insulting to staff. I don't even think he realizes how much he and the supervisors kill workplace moral with their constant lying, cheating, and looking down on staff.
