I had the honor of working as a software developer at Applicita for a year and a half, and I can tell with certainty that it was a really fulfilling and educational experience. I had the chance to advance both personally and professionally as a L4 Software Developer in a friendly and exciting work environment. I wholeheartedly endorse Applicita to any software expert looking for a friendly, energetic workplace where they can flourish and have a real effect. I genuinely appreciate the chances I was given and the experiences I had while working at Applicita.
Cons
Despite the fact that overall, my time at Applicita as a software developer was quite gratifying, there were a couple of areas where the business would want to consider making changes: communication and employee recognition.
