flexible work schedule; easy commute; opportunities to travel; satisfaction from helping members
Cons
Poor PTO policy where you start with "3 weeks off per year" which includes vacation and sick time. The problem is you earn it a few hours/pay period and get a warning if you get too close to using all your earned PTO.
The culture is toxic. I never worked at a place where so many people got fired and where the higher ups cover for the suck-ups. Beware of the HEART values.
Hours are good, benefit package is better than average. Beautiful building and grounds. Members are enjoyable to work with, for the most part.
Cons
Management has their favorites. There are a lot of people there with untapped talents that could be utilized much better. Good workers are unappreciated and overworked until they develop bad attitudes.
