      Pros

      AmeriFirst is truly outstanding! We are provided with the best technology, tools, education, communication, and support to set us all up for success. I am beyond impressed with the leadership and management. There is a team for everything! You feel as though you are part of something grand, yet also comforting like a family.

      Cons

      Architect (the LOS) is a tad difficult to use at first, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes second nature. We are provided with help and support, around the clock, to help with any learning curve!

      Work life balance The people you work with are great!

      No raises No bonuses if the company "isn't doing well" They used to be a family type atmosphere and now they're leaving their employees high and dry! Been there 3 year and haven't gotten one raise! They try to say, well we give quarterly bonuses. But that's based on how the company is doing, we haven't received one all year!

      Best boss I ever worked for. Great work/life balance. 100% Remote

      Cons

      1 week of severance pay after working there 23 months. Notice of employment termination (layoff) process was the worst I’ve ever been through. No notice, HR very uncaring and rude, access cut in 5 minutes, benefits expired at midnight same day. 401k match is very low.
