    Flexible Work Hours.

    Cons

    Very little professionalism. The company is badly organized and the Company leaders lack alot of management qualities. No training is provided, so it's better to start with some experience. No opportunities for promotion.

    the office locatoin for ease of commuting and car park

    Cons

    Worst culture of old school. Very less scope of new comer especially if you are not local. There is little accountability from employee and manager towards ultimate client. The old school is very strong network which is difficult to break within piping department.
