Pros

I worked from home (in Ireland) which I loved. I had a good relationship with my colleagues in Texas and never felt alone. The work was varied which kept it interesting. We also got to attend live events abroad which was fun.

Cons

There were communication issues but this improved over time.

Fun job with a great staff of people. Large range of hours to pick from for scheduling since most locations are open late

Cons

Most customers are nice and respectful but employees have to set boundaries with some due to the nature of the business.
