I have been working at Amazing.com part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Fair workload expectations - They don't have unreal expectations of how much a person should be able to accomplish in a certain time-frame. Great working conditions - Friendly co-workers and a generally "up" attitude all around which really helps the day go by better Exciting advancement opportunities - They look for people who are willing to go the extra mile and reward them accordingly. Great pay scale -... Compared to other jobs, the pay is more generous.

    Cons

No Cons except that sometimes down-line communication could be improved upon but, overall, that's not a big deal most of the time.

    Advice to Management

Be quick to communicate with top management and make sure that communication is passed down.
