Free snacks and no one knows what they’re doing so you can kinda do whatever.
Cons
Management preaches for you to be the voice of change but will never let change happen. No one knows what they’re doing and it’s obvious. They pretend to be this “startup” company that values their employees when really it’s a revolving door of employees and don’t let the door hit you on the way out. Randomly let go of good people to hire someone else in a slightly different position. That person quits months later when they realize it’s not the sunshine and unicorns they were promised. Anyone worth a darn is either overworked and quits or outcasted for trying to make change. Upper management thinks they’re kings and won’t give you the time of day. Kinda like a 30 year old going through a mid-life crisis. Broken at the core.
