      -Big turnover of middle-managers -No disciplinary procedures for work violations even if you report them -Workplace bullying -Rules are not followed -Macho management -HR strategies are obsolete -Terrible outlook since the job is more or less temporary(based on NPL) -continuous moving of company offices
