The CEO mismanages the money so terribly there is little company money left over to pay the crew and have enough stock material on hand. The CEO lives on the property in his bus and is known to consistently purchase items of "corporate entertainment" with company money to avoid taxes. These items have nothing to do with the company rather are toys for the CEO and his family. These items include big screen TV's, 4 horses (and all gear and feed associated with horses), a dual-axle diesel pickup truck, a new Tesla, a horse trailer, new skis, new ice skates, Virtual Reality headsets for the whole family, and the list goes on. Those items have nothing to do with manufacturing and are used as toys. This would be OK if the CEO took a paycheck from the company rather than use company money to buy toys to avoid taxes. The company pays its employees late and the pay structure is in constant change. The CEO will have his crew pull away from production to work on other shop projects only to disparage them later for not having any production done. Goals are ever shifting and the CEO will quickly bring the whole crew down when there is great shop success. The CEO believes he is incredibly smart and will talk over you and talk down at you. When you try to call the CEO out on his behavior he crosses his arms and vehemently denies his actions. It's an incredibly toxic work environment and it's treated like that's the normal culture there. You will be pressured into working unpaid overtime hours. Your job will always be on the line here and the CEO will never forget to remind you of that. This place is either completely mismanaged or is a sham.
