      Good salary and ownership, but job security is lacking, forced resignations

      Pros

      - Good Salary, - Full ownership of tasks. - Office location is quite good in the Embassy Tech Village in Flipkart building. - People are from good companies.

      Cons

      They fire employees every year under the guise of PIP during the appraisal cycle so they don't have to give hikes and bonuses to employees. This year, they also fired 25 people for no reason or whatsoever. It will mostly be a forced resignation. They should at least inform earlier before forcing a resignation.
