      Good money - commission is good IF you hit target.

      Cons

      Target quotas are ridiculous. A lot of internal politics. Teams operate separately and not together.

      Wfh twice a week Made great friends during my time there

      Cons

      Salary is really low, not a liveable wage for London. Office environment can be toxic with complaints not being taken seriously by higher up management. No progression they prefer hiring externally instead of promoting from within the company. Office space really small.
