      Nice people but unrealistic and unfair policies

      Schedule structure allows for daytime errands, second job, night owls.

      Cons

      Low pay respective to scope of work. Too many tasks to do as a solo worker at night and weekends. Refusal to act on employee feedback.

      - Cheep and under pay staff - will combine several different job roles to save cost -Senior Management & owner treat staff like they are replaceable

      really great artists wonderful network of clients and agencies

      boss micro manages, to the point of interfering with productivity cheap, to the point of taking advantage of staff, artists sense of staff being replaceable
