The specific department I worked in was the issue for me. The toxicity was suffocating, yet somehow they always manage to manipulate you into thinking it's your fault. Extremely condescending boss, I was told that I exist to 'serve' them, "direction" was given in the form of insults, their go-to form of emotional abuse is the silent treatment - won't look at you and can last for weeks. The worst part is when I found out complaints filed by former colleagues have resulted in no action. They are harbouring a tyrant. And that person will likely never leave the company.
