From the day I started, I was greeted with smiling faces of people that seemed genuinely excited for me to be there. Everyone I have encountered has been more than supportive in making sure that I have all the tools and resources I need in order to succeed. Even though the business is medium-sized, it has a feeling of a small business (in a positive way) with everyone looking out for each other. The company is always growing and it is clear to see with where they came from to where they are now. Leadership from the management all the way to the very top has been great with everyone concerned about how you are doing. The company truly cares about its employees as the tenure of many of them will show. They have their employee events that everyone loves as well as the opportunity to advance as many that I have encountered have. The work-life balance has been great, not to mention that they have a beautiful facility!

Great Company Culture. Great managers that really care about their employees and hear them out. Great training from the bottom to the top so you get a complete feel of every part of the company. They are always trying to better the company through employee surveys and just voicing your opinion to Management. They regularly cater food for holidays and have some party's for everyone to get together, eat, have fun and get to know each other. I can continue to compliment the company as there are many many great things about working here
