      Toxic culture with greedy leadership and no respect

      NOTHING is pro. Horrendous place.

      Cons

      Absolutely horrendous. They’ve no respect. Awful culture. Mean bullies through the business. Directors are just greedy. Only want profit. Pretend they care with community stuff but reality is they treat people awful. Big divide between workshop and office created by directors. Just don’t join. Not worth it.
