Absolutely no interest in employees complaint, No benefits at all (not even meal tickets), Old projects and technologies, Poor visibility and lack of career opportunities (final customers often don't even know that the company exists!!)
Reasonable paycheck for a first job (in Italy, at least), friendly environment (in the head office, once you work on customer site, it depends).
Cons
Consultant job with little direct contact with the customer (employees are consultants of consultants), poor opportunities for professional growth and career advancements, lack of management attention in case of complaints, absolutely no interest in company expansion, no benefits at all, overtime not paid.
