Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear that you appreciate our flexible working arrangements and the different opportunities to take on responsibility at adelphi. It is important to us that everyone can contribute her/his ideas! We are very sorry to hear that you, however, would in general not recommend adelphi as an employer. We can assure you that our working group “Personnel Development”, where the management board as well as the works council are involved, is currently working on salaries, career progression and competencies for each function. This is one of the topics we have prioritised for this year. As a result of this process, the tasks, roles and leadership expectations per function/role should become clearer. We encourage you to voice your concerns as well as suggestions with your supervisor, within your team, with us from HR-DEV or the management board.
