Give you a large client base leading to overworked staff. Extremely high turnover and staff suffering burnout upon leaving. Horrendous sales focus that just bring onboard any business even those not suited to Google Ads and then question the PPC account managers when the business owner leaves because it was never going to work. Very dependant on young staff fresh out of university to keep overheads down as they can pay them less. Very fond of increasing workloads for people but not as quick to increase the financial benefits for staff in terms of pay.

I've sat with higher management at a table as they have bragged that most of their management meetings just turn into complaining and ridiculing sessions about the account managers underneath them. I saw a sales girl who was asked to come in on Monday for an hour before they fired her just to make a point of escorting her off the premises. I know of one manager who was moved out of ecommerce for making too many women cry (sounds like a tough fella doesn't he....). If you wonder why the reviews are positive on here thats because they know what a toxic environment it is and try to get new employees who haven't done their job yet to write a review. Unrealistic expectations- You will be given skip-fires of businesses and if you can't turn their failing business around expect it to be marked against you. Expect QA to be all over you about using a CRM thats 15 years old and just doesn't work. A lot of the reviews (including mine) talk about how friendly the people are. There are some lovely people who work there but most of the time what you're encountering is people on egg shells or false personalities all together. Particularly seen with HR and management they are incredibly false and insincere. If you do not fit the mould these "nice" people that you talk to will not be so nice.
