      Pros

      Works well with employees to be sure they're informed and compensated. The comapny has contracts across the coounty giving plenty of oppourtunities.

      It's been a year and none so far.

      Pros

      The company is small but focused on growth. The CEO spends a great deal of time listening to employees and ensuring customer satisfaction. I always receive a bonus based on the company's performance. The company is very flexible in terms of adjusting work schedules to accommodate my personal situation. Pay and benefits are top notch. The company actually went to bat for me with the customer to adjust my pay upward because they felt there was a mismatch with my skills - really appreciated that.

      Cons

      They are not based here so interactions are mostly remote. However, company reps to make regular trips to my site and always take employees to lunch to discuss issues.
