Pros

In theory the mission of the organization is good. Most of the direct staff is very caring.

Cons

The leadership and management is not focused on the parents at all. The entire job centers data and compliance. You are micromanaged on every single task. “Supervision” is just being told what tasks you need to do, no focus on the clients. Leadership is beyond unprofessional, disrespectful, and flat out rude. Christianity is woven into the entire organization it seems. I would not suggest working here if you are not a Christian or are not interested in becoming one. The whole organization is completely unorganized and so far gone from its original purpose. You will get reprimanded for standing up for yourself or voicing your opinion. Saying slurs/making derogatory remarks towards certain racial groups, religions, disabled people, and substance users is totally normalized in this workplaces culture.

Pros

The pay was good at the end.

Cons

Unprofessional talks about church and christianity, unorganized supervisors, micromanaging leadership. No room for growth, to the point my supervisor told me that ARC is just a starting point and we understand if you leave us to pursue other career opportunities.
