10yThank you for your input. As a long-term Absolute employee, you’ve seen the significant changes that have occurred in the past 18 months. This includes our tier one deliverable of improving how we communicate with each other.
As a result, our short- and long-term business strategies have been openly and consistently shared across the organization. Based on our employee survey results, these efforts are noted and appreciated by most people that work here. In fact, our latest employee survey had the best participation and satisfaction ratings we’ve seen so far.
You have a strong opinion when it comes to our path forward and it doesn’t seem you are very happy working here. We encourage you to share your views with your manager so we can work collaboratively to improve your experience.
We work hard to create a balanced and positive work environment, so it’s important that we receive and understand everyone’s perspective. With our new offices underway and upcoming product announcements, Absolute is an exciting place and we’d like everyone to share in the fun.
