Pros
Flexible work environment - remote working and personal commitments catered for, within reason. Lots of growth in the company.
Cons
Very poor training (trainer wasn't trained how to be a trainer). So I was thrown into the deep end without proper training. My colleagues experienced the same thing. Middle-management were not as helpful and open as I would have liked.
