      GOOD starting point for junior engineers - POOR for experienced engineers

      Pros

      Friendly working environment Good for fresh graduated engineers A good starting point to see things in different point of view challanging projects for junior engineers If one really puts time into learning things instead of just making their living, than one can learn a lot.

      Company administration has no idea what they are doing Ideas can change in an instant No planning WHAT SO EVER !!! Everything has to be done in very small frame of time due to POOR managment One cannot receive the value one deserves Very low income among the competing companies Good for only starters

      Many of lie, many of trouble, just mobbing. In ankara, they will be pay high level pay, because they cannot be find personnel...

      Cons

      This company is really don't know what they are doing. If you are doing something good, dont worry, they bill be demoralise you. Even the top manager says many meaningless words, even they manipulate and push to leave this company.
