      Aps has great benefits, like any company it has its ups and downs, benefits are great, compensation is very competitive.

      Cons

      APS suffers from chronic understaffing. There's plenty of room for multiple VP's or managers on the rolls, but front line workers are often left overworked and constantly needing to navigate far too much work without enough support

      Minimal effort required, minimal accountability.

      Cons

      Comically unqualified management. Nepotism led to a space where your IT manager might be a former security guard, and your experience as a Data Scientist at best qualifies you to be a pipe fitter.
