Overworked and underpaid. Borderline narcissistic management.
Pros
The ability to get lots of experience on diverse sets projects. You'll realistically be the project manager, payroll, technician, engineer, ect. It's like you're running the company but at below or at market value pay.
Cons
The main issues are that the company takes on whatever work they can possibly get their hands on and pushes it onto overworked, untrained and underpaid employees. They take all of the money from said projects, work their employees to the bone, and take all of the profits after doing nothing but signing a proposal and shoving it on to employees - too much and too little management - overworked underpaid -NO RAISES. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM IF THEY SAY THEY WILL GIVE YOU RAISES AND PROMOTIONS. THEY ARE WAITING FOR YOU TO QUIT AND REHIRE SOMEONE ELSE FOR LESS - unfulfilled promises of promotions and better work conditions -no insurance. Dont believe them if they say there is insurance. No 401k. Very little PTO. - the list goes on, but i need to get back to it Stay away from this company. The only incentive is to gain experience and leave.
