The work is really interesting and varied The people make the company, a friendly and inclusive atmosphere Some incredibly intelligent people working here and you will always be learning if you want to

Cons

Salary is on the lower end of the current market but still inline Upwards progression can be slow however there is a massive push on this

-Excellent culture within the newly rennovated Fusion offices in Manchester -Lots of opportunities for personal and professional growth -Established name within the Cloud, Data and Security space -Generous employee perks/benefits

Cons

Not a con by any stretch but something to note, everyone delivers, success is intingent on your ability to adopt the culture, live the values and continously develop yourself.
