Pros
AMT has the feel of a smaller company with a close-knit work environment. It is very friendly and open, with easy access to most others. It possesses both an office culture and production culture, but the higher executives work to mesh these two together. There are small rewards distributed for punctuality, attendance, and hard-work, in addition to a traditional free snack every Wednesday. The company hosts bi-annual parties to celebrate the workers and their efforts over the course of the year.
Cons
Many benefits and policies have been in a state of change since the purchase of AMT by Innophos, and joined a group of other smaller companies. Although there are opportunities for growth, the new corporate mentality seems geared towards bringing in outside talent instead of necessarily internal hires.
