People are nice, local management are good peoples but upper management sucks

salary low, no bonus. deadline after deadline, less mentorship

every 2nd friday was off and hybrid work environment.

Cons

kinda boring work, all projects are very similar and its too much repetition.

Most coworkers are great, every 2nd Friday off.

Cons

Compensation isn't great. Depending on the team OT might not be allowed and you will be working extra hours regardless.
