Im pretty sure the pay minimum wage for the worst hours possible. Lack of training . Management is questionable

Poor pay, poor management, poor culture, I would say a fairly toxic environment. This made me feel as though this is no longer a company I wanted to work for.

Dumbest and most inexperienced management at any company. If you play the political game, you're in. Your knowledge, experience, and accomplishments mean nothing compared to how you suck up.
