Good pay for the work done. The benefits are decent. The small staff is always a plus.
Cons
the hours are horrible. takes a while to move up the ladder but opportunities are available. Contract work so longevity is questionable. your job depends on the work of contractors - if contractors perform poorly you may lose your job.
