Pros

I have been working here for 2 years and I love the start-up environment. It feels good to be a part of creating something and helping a business grow. Management is great. I kind of believe the saying that "people don't leave bad jobs, they leave bad management." My direct report listens to me and actually cares about ALL employees here. I have never had an issue with management not making time for me, not listening to my concerns, or being dismissed in any way. I feel valued every day and enjoy coming to work. I came from a competitor where I was working 80+ hrs a week, underpaid, and miserable. I have none of those issues now. I am excited to help this company grow. We also get free parking and great benefits.

Cons

Not major ones I can think of. Since we are small, we can't just press a button and have the IT department fix our computers if something goes wrong, but we have made huge strides in our technology dept. Things can sometimes happen slowly in the start up environment, because we are small and everyone is affected in some way we all get to contribute our opinions. But once a decision is made everyone welcomes the progress and is ready to roll.

Thank you for such a thoughtful and genuine review—it’s clear your time here made an impact, and we appreciate the energy you brought during those early growth years. While we’ve kept that entrepreneurial, close-knit feel, we’re now backed by Groupe SNEF, giving us the strength and stability of a global leader—think small company culture with big company resources. Our IT is now fully in-house, and we’ve invested heavily in modern tools and technology to support all teams across the U.S. and internationally. The spirit of collaboration, care, and shared success you described is still alive and well—and we’re just getting started. - ABGI People Team

Pros

Used to be a solid place to work - company culture was very high, pay was so-so, but made up for through work/life balance and other benefits.

Cons

Once France stepped in and removed all of the C-Suite, things really went downhill. Current management were good within their lane at the time, but not capable of actually being C Suite execs. It's a shame - what was once a great place to work has went downhill quickly.

Thank you for your feedback. We acknowledge that we should have communicated more regularly with the teams to explain the current context and the decisions made in recent months. All the changes that have been implemented aim to restore growth and maintain a positive and enjoyable working environment for all our employees."

Pros

Since Feb 1 2025, none.

Cons

Everything. Toxic culture. Moronic USA President/CEO by the name of JT Daniels. Micromanages everything, fires randomly, nearly 40 of 80 employees have quit this year.
