Good place to begin your insurance career, very good training, free breakdown assist membership for employees

Cons

very young team, management arent very helpful, one hates women and wanted mostly men on her team, zero room for progression, call evaluations were constantly marked bad to try and not pay you a bonus

Cons

Supervisors shouting down your ear for sales, when the sales team have their own floor & you work in CX. The call targets are 70+ calls a day, and you have no option to handle, this is automatically answered in your ear what topic the call is, and then you are speaking - ALL DAY
