      Pros

      - people I used to work with apart from management - was career progression opportunities but when I didn't want to progress I was ignored for weeks - tescos near office -snacks until they were taken away as we all needed to be 'healthier' only because the boss wanted to be healthier

      Cons

      - favouritism - out dated views - talking down to staff - toxic enviroment - commission was delayed months - would be questioned why some of us were meeting up, outside work - 17 days of holiday - borderline forced to do a fitness class every week - no hr - questioned if we were lying about being sick

      Free fruit 30 min break 20 days holiday (17 after being forced to take Christmas break off)

      Cons

      Benefits changed depending on md's mood Toxic atmosphere Constant staff turnover MD would take away commissions for entire team when in a bad mood - I only received my commissions for 3 months of 2025 Out dated advice Zig ziglar wannabe Only 7 parking spaced, reduces to around 3 after the "important" people (favourites) park

      Free lunch on Fridays, fun colleagues

      Cons

      Completely mismanaged, management endlessly changing its mind, constant talk about pay rises and bonuses but never materialises. Constant blame on staff for sales team’s inability to bring in enough business. Not enough staff for the number of accounts. Long meetings but problems never get fixed. Management obsessed with its own importance.
