Field Service Engineer:
We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to deliver technical support to our customers in the Clinical, Medical and Pharmaceutical sectors.
As a Accuscience Engineer, you will be part of a regional team of collaborative Field Service Engineers, reporting directly to the Service Manager. You are expected to work to the highest standards to ensure first class service is delivered to our customer base while ensuring quality and regulatory standards are adhered to in this heavily regulated industry.
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be able to work independently and will be used to working at an advanced technical level to provide expert advice & solutions to customers and colleagues.
Your responsibilities will include:
Provide field-based and remote technical support to customers and colleagues in line with relevant training and experience.
You will carry out preventative maintenance, installation, relocation, repairs and corrective field change orders on our instrumentation.
You will be responsible for diagnosing electrical, fluidic, mechanical, hardware, software and laser failures using established procedures and techniques.
In this role, you will be based from our office in Naas, primarily covering 32 Counties. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. As we do offer Nationwide Emergency out of hours support there is a requirement to be available to work outside of standard hours as part of an On Call roster.

Degree/Diploma in Electronic/Biomedical Engineering or relevant experience as a Field Service Engineer is an advantage.
