Interview
I applied online and went through a 4-stage interview process. It included a phone screening, interview with the hiring manager, ions with a senior engineer, and a final round with senior management. Interview
There were several interviews: Recruiting, hiring manager, team director, and engineering manager. In between all of those I had to solve a take home exercise. Everyone was super friendly and open to answering all of my questions about the company.
The process consisted of a four of rounds of interviews:
1. Initial HR screen.
2. Introductory conversation with Engineering Manager.
3. Tech interview and a live coding session - with the EM and one Engineer. The life coding was focused on verifying basic knowledge of technology used at the company as well as general design skills.
4. Conversation with a Product Manager.
The whole process felt very respectful of me as a candidate. I was not asked to do any work at home. I was also not asked about knowledge not directly related to the job (i.e. generic algorithmic questions). The interviewers were professional and friendly.
