Interview
The HR of UniQure reached out to me via LinkedIn. I had interview with the HR, then the hiring manager, and then panel interview with PD, AD, and the technical ops team.
Long interview process, many of the conversations focused on the same topics, didn't feel like they asked questions to get a good sense of my skills and capabilities. Met with so many people it was hard to understand who was ultimately making the decision, many of the people I met with didn't make sense to me.
