I was first shuttled into an office and given an, unrelated to tech, IQ test in order to test my competency? And then was given one hour to write a program to test my programming logic abilities, I ran out of time with about 90% functionality. Overall the entire process seemed as though they were trying to slip you up and trick you with their questioning. I received questions out of the blue like "Why is the sky blue?" or "How many manhole covers are in this city?". Out of the 9 interviews I went to with various companies this was the worst experience. The office is very dated and they run dated software (Windows 7) on their development machines.
