i applied for an iOS software engineer position, the first step was an HR interview, the questions were regular HR questions, in the next step they sent me a simple iOS task to complete and send it to them, after you send the task they schedule a meeting with you to discuss the technical details of the task and some general iOS SDK questions.

It was too short. no thought process and no technical tests at all. They should give more thought to the whole thing. I also felt a lot of politics in play
