I was informed that the recruitment process had three steps: the first interview was with the HR representative, the second with the Legal Manager and the CEO, and the third with the entire team. When I reached the second stage, the CEO left the meeting after 10 minutes due to another commitment, and the conversation continued with the Legal Manager.
Later, I was contacted again and told that the CEO also wanted to speak with me, so we had to schedule another meeting.
As someone who works full-time, it is quite complicated to juggle my schedule during working hours and attend hour-long interviews—especially when your current employer does not allow remote work.
Therefore, I believe the company has a cumbersome and inefficient recruitment process.
Needless to say, the entire process was coordinated through a recruitment agency, which added further steps, as the recruiter called me both before and after each interview to ask how it went and what I thought of the discussion.
And all of this, only to be informed in the end that I was not a fit for the role.
