Phone interview, video conference interview, then two in-person interviews. I met with my direct manager. Then met with the VP of operation of North America. Final interview was very laid back but from communication with managers following my departure the interview process has changed drastically.

The interview was a long, drawn out process. Started with 2 phone interviews, then a lead retrieval project/spreadsheet, then 2 webex mock interviews, and then lastly a webex interview with the VP.
