The interview consisted of three parts: first, with HR, then with members of the future them, and, finally, with a higher-up. The interview questions were more or less what one would expect from these types of interviews, although, occasionally, there were some questions that could be considered a breath of fresh air.
No copywriting exercise were required, a well-established portfolio is more than enough.
The interviewers are very kind, open-minded, interested in you and your accomplishments, and want you to not feel stressed during the process.
