I applied through other source. I interviewed at omNovia Technologies
Interview
The interviewer initially said that it was going to be done via Google Hangouts and it was thought to be a video interview. BUT it ended up just being her asking me questions and me responding via IM. And then she stated that she had to send my responses to the "heads of staff' and 20 minutes later she offered me the position.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at omNovia Technologies
Interview
I had three interviews, one of which included a web conference using the omNovia technology. The other interviews were one on one and group interviews with other staff members. They were very open and honest and asked me to ask any question. Great communication and open access to employees. They provided the good and also the bad for the job.

Question 1
They provided me a logic question to test how I processed the question. It wasn't hard but was unexpected when it came.
The process took 2 days. I interviewed at omNovia Technologies (Houston, TX) in Feb 2010
Interview
The first phone interview consists of joining one of the omNovia rooms with a brief presentation of the features of the software. Familiarity of the software is not necessary as you will gain experience with the software as you are working here, although creating a trial and playing with the room will give you the step in the door.
You will be presented with this question: You have a balance scale and 8 balls in the same shape and size, although one ball weighs less. In 2 steps or less, how do you determine which is the ball that weights the least? You will weigh 3 balls on each side (6 total) and if those two equal, then you weight the last two balls and find out which one weighs the least. If you weigh the 6 balls and one side is heavier, take the group of 3 balls and pick two random balls. If they equal, then the one that is left is the least heaviest.
