Interview
I had three rounds of interviews scheduled within two weeks of applying for the role, with approximately one week between each round. The first round was with a consultant, followed by a second round with the hiring manager, and the final round with a director. The interviews ranged from intermediate to advanced in difficulty, with a strong focus on supply chain planning, analytics, and digital transformation. Most of the questions centred around my previous experience, technical skills, and case-based scenario solving.

Question 1
I was asked about what demand planning is, what are the methods/steps followed in it, and what are the models in forecasting. How did you use these to create an impact in a similar previous role?
Aptitude + SQL round conducted remotely. Candidate need to have good aptitude and SQL knowledge. This is followed by interview focused on supply chain concepts. Being updated with current industry trends helps.
