Interview was very causal, nice team. Was mainly conversational with typical interview questions. Second round was with team members that you would be working with it, again very causal and conversational

Interview
It was a regular process: phone interview first, site visit and site interview, psychological assessment and phone call again. Three interviewer in the panel, one from HR and two from the area requesting the position. Very professional and friendly interview.

Interview
Applied through application system with a referral sent in separately. Had a friendly screening chat with hiring manager, who was great. Several days later, had an interview with a potential team member, which was awkwardly formal. Another half hour interview with the team manager, slightly more technical, but no coding specifics. Wasn't sure how I did at all, which was annoying. Everyone seemed very poker-faced.
