I applied in-person. I interviewed at nference (Bangalore Rural) in Apr 2026
Interview
My interview experience was engaging insightful, with a mix of technical and behavioral questions. The panel was professional and supportive, allowing me to explain my thought process. It challenged my skills, boosted confidence, and provided valuable learning for future opportunities.
First round was based on python coding, file handling, django concepts, HLD, etc. Be hands on with deep pythonic coding and system design principles. Better to have medium AWS knowledge like S3, EC2, ECS, RDS. Caching using Redis or similar technology.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at nference (Bengaluru)
Interview
I didn't appear for there interview, I just got a call from the HR and their criteria for appearing for the interview is apparently very high. I have almost 6 years of experience and I have worked with both product and service based companies, and my clients in service based companies have been product based, but they said they only need employees from product based companies and this is so lame, how can you judge anything or any candidate before the interview and even when I am working in a product based setup. No clue what this was.
