It was a phone interview and the interviewer sounded bored the entire time. He said he was looking for someone with an advanced science degree, but did not seemed to know what a research-based thesis was.

Interview
Scheduled a 15 minute phone call with the partner Rouhan. As mentioned in the other reviews, he will grill, attempt to belittle you, and really put you under pressure. It is an interesting tactic and effective I must say. I didn't really prepare because I thought it is only 15 minutes, no big deal. But, he was able to filter me out.
Some advice: prepare well. Know the industry, know what management consulting is all about, know their clients, know the process, know everything.

Interview
An unscheduled phone interview with the partner, the person supposed you had time to talk to him. He complained my mobile phone signal was bad, insulted my past experience (very rude and unprofessional). It looked like a stress interview but I am sure it was not.
The interview was easy but made me very uncomfortable. I will never want to work a small firm which my boss is that kind type of person.
Suggestion for future candidates: talk to someone who worked in the firm, ask their opinions (as I did).
