I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at mindit.io (Cluj-Napoca)
Interview
The interview process was straightforward and efficient. I had a single interview, which lasted about 45 minutes. We discussed my professional background, relevant experience for the role, and how I usually approach problem-solving. The conversation was friendly and focused, and I appreciated the opportunity to also ask questions about the team and the company culture. Overall, it was a pleasant and transparent experience.

Question 1
They asked me how I usually handle unexpected challenges in a fast-paced environment. It was a great question because it gave me the chance to talk about a real situation from my previous job where I had to think quickly, adapt, and still deliver results under pressure.
I discussed 1st with someone from HR, then with a tech lead in the team I was supposed to be part of, then with the people manager. Even if there are many steps the process was smooth and quite fast.
It was an interactive and pleasant discussion with everyone, they are very open people, no hidden aspects that you uncover after being employed. I did not feel like I was passing an exam, opposed to other interviews I had with other companies.
