I discussed 1st with someone from HR, then with a tech lead in the team I was supposed to be part of, then with the people manager. Even if there are many steps the process was smooth and quite fast. It was an interactive and pleasant discussion with everyone, they are very open people, no hidden aspects that you uncover after being employed. I did not feel like I was passing an exam, opposed to other interviews I had with other companies.
